The term ‘Mylspot’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Mylspot Education Services Private Limited whose registered office is 1602 Oceanic, Hiranandani Apartments, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Egattur, Chennai, 600130. The term ‘you’ refers to the registered user/viewer/subscriber.
Mylspot's products and services are provided by Mylspot Education Services Private Limited. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mylspot's website, apps, and other products and services ("Services"). As some of our Services may be software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device, you agree that we may automatically update this software, and that these Terms will apply to such updates. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Mylspot, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Mylspot account, and subsequently when you use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. You agree that you will create, access, and/or use only one user account, and you will not share with any third party access to or access information for your account. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.You agree that you will not simultaneously access Mylspot services simultaneously from more than one device. Mylspot reserves the right to terminate your subscription if you access services from more than one device, or shift frequently from one device to another.
3. We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services ("Feedback"). By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you. By accepting your Feedback, Mylspot does not waive any rights to use similar or related Feedback previously known to Mylspot, developed by its employees or contractors, or obtained from other sources.
4. We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and related information, Mylspot cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account by emailing admin@mylspot.com.

Through the Services, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users, and/or other third parties and links to websites and services maintained by third parties. Mylspot cannot guarantee that such third party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Mylspot disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of such third party content.
6. Mylspot respects the intellectual property rights of our users, participating institutions, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. Our Services contains material which is owned by us. This includes, but is not limited to, the software, the content, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.
7. Mylspot is committed to advancing the science of learning and teaching, and records of your activity will be the property of Mylspot and may be utilised in analysis and education research. In the interest of this research, you may be exposed to variations in the content. Research findings will typically be reported at the aggregate level. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in any research findings without your express consent.
8. Mylspot offers subscription Services for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees). Fees may vary based on your location and other factors, and Mylspot reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant Services.
9. We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functions, features, or requirements, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. None of Mylspot, its participating institutions and instructors, its contributors, sponsors, and other business partners, and their employees, contractors, and other agents (the "Mylspot Parties") shall have any liability to you for any such action. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Your use of any information or materials on this website/app is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available through this website/app meet your specific requirements
12. Mylspot’s app is compatible with tablets and smartphones with screensize of at least 4.7 inches diagonal, and running Android Kitkat and above, but it could display properly on phones with lower sized screens. The functionality has been tested on several compatible devices and a few popular devices with a screen size of 4.5 inches. Notwithstanding this, Mylspot shall not be liable in any way if the app does not behave as intended on the user’s smartphone / tablet. It is your own responsibility to ensure that the app is compatible with your device before subscribing. You may be eligible for a refund on grounds of non-performance to specifications on compatible devices, provided such a request is made within 2 weeks of payment.
13. Mylspot or any of its subsidiaries or content partners shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to phone/ tablet or any other hardware and / or software, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed of the tablet, those results from the use of our products and services.
14. Mylspot may also contact the user through sms, email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, Mylspot is not responsible for any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the users mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database.
15. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold Mylspot and its distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of our services
16. In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use by the User, the User shall be promptly liable to indemnify Mylspot for all the costs, losses and damages caused to Mylspot as a result of such a breach.
17. In the event of your breach of this Terms of Use, you agree that Mylspot will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. Mylspot, therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. Mylspot’s right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.
18. We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting by us. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. You confirm that you will not
• Do anything that violates local, state, national or international law or breaches any of your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.
• Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk.
• Attempt to access any other user's account.
• Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services, unless specifically authorized to do so.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically authorized to do so.
• Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.
• Try to reverse engineer any portion of our Services.
• Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
